Script Directory: Terms of Use

1. Intellectual Property

All scripts and stories are the sole property of the authors. Accessing a script through this directory does not grant any rights to produce, adapt, or distribute the work. All negotiations for options or sales must be conducted directly with the author or their representative.

2. Authorized Use

This directory is provided for producers, directors, and writers to discover material and study the craft. Use of this directory for “scraping” data, mass-marketing services, or unsolicited promotions (spam) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

3. Data Tracking

To ensure the safety of our writers, Killer Shorts tracks all request entries, including the name, email, and IP address of the requester. This information is used solely for security and to facilitate the connection between parties.

4. No Liability

Killer Shorts is a facilitator. We do not vet the legal standing of every requester and are not liable for any disputes, copyright issues, or failed negotiations that occur after an introduction is made.

5. Security & Bot Protection

To maintain a secure environment for our writers, this site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
